I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in the state of Texas, committed to providing the highest quality of care to my clients. To ensure continued professional growth and effective treatment, I am currently under the clinical supervision of Dr. Julian Crespo, LMFT-S.

Specialized Training
I have completed extensive training to specialize in multiple areas of mental health care, including suicide prevention and intervention, as well as substance use disorders. My training also enables me to integrate faith-based approaches when appropriate. I provide trauma-informed therapy through relational and culturally sensitive lenses, and my postgraduate studies included comprehensive training in the policies and procedures for delivering Telehealth services.
Education and Expertise
After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, I pursued advanced training in systemic therapy at Abilene Christian University, where I also earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My dedication to ongoing learning and professional development enables me to provide clients with informed guidance and evidence-based, innovative solutions.
Accreditations & Certifications
As an LMFT-Associate, I am an active member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and hold certifications in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
